Dear Four-Year-Olds in the US,

Dont you hate when you go down to your corner store and they wont sell you firecrackers even though you feel well mature enough to handle them responsibly?  Consider a trip´to Guatemala, where a minimum age requirement for the purchase of such incendiary devces in unheard of.
